Description
UV filter film for shop windows with 99.9% UV protection
The UV filter film Museum clear for windows and shop windows protects colored structures against premature fading. The high-quality polyester film absorbs 99.9% of aggressive UV radiation. Furniture and exhibits can thus be exposed to sund and daylight up to four times longer before signs of fading appear. The crystal-clear window film is transparent and practically invisible to the human eye when applied to the window pane.
The coating can be retrofitted to all smooth glass types (single and multiple glazing). It is self-adhesive and is installed on the interior window side. Thanks to its scratch-resistant surface, the film is easy to clean and durable.
Tip: For optimal UV protection, we recommend coating all windows in the room.
Crystal-clear fade protection for shop window displays
• Application areas of the UV filter film are used on glass surfaces and shop windows in retail stores and department stores, exhibition rooms, and museums to protect shop window displays from fading. The film is also used in residential and office buildings, as well as in production processes in repro institutes, printing companies, photo studios, and the circuit board and chip industry.
• The window film contains no harmful substances and does not emit any harmful substances. It can therefore be used without hesitation in food production. The UV film can be easily cleaned and disinfected using standard glass cleaners.

Installation of the the window film in just a few steps
The window film is installed bubble-free using the wet adhesive method. Thoroughly clean the surface to be coated and spray it with installation fluid. Peel off the protective film on the back, spray the adhesive side and apply to the glass surface. Squeeze everything out with a squeegee, working from the center and ensuring there are no bubbles, then wipe dry, and you’re done. Any white discoloration of the adhesive will disappear within a few days.

Instructions: Ordering linear meters, cuttings & rolls
In just a few clicks you can decide whether you want to order linear meters, millimeter cuttings or whole rolls!
Shopping linear meters from the roll
Example: The film is available as linear meter from the roll in roll widths of 0.91 m, 1.22 m and 1.52 m. You need 2.50 linear meters from a 1.22 m wide film roll.
Step 1: Select the roll width “1.22 m” at “LINEAR METERS”.
Step 2: Enter “2.50” in the field left next to “Add to cart”.
Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.
You buy 2.50 linear film meters in one piece with a width of 1.22 meters. Linear meters are cut individually from a roll and delivered as a short roll in one piece. You are billed for the linear meters ordered.
Ordering millimeter cuttingss
Please take the width and height of your window measured from rubber to rubber, minus 4 mm of leeway all around. Example: You have 2 windows sized 1.40 m wide and 2.00 m high. The correct cutting size then is 139,6 cm width x 199,6 cm height.
Step 1: Enter “139,6” at width and “199,6” at height at “CUTTINGS”.
Step 2: Enter “2” at “Add to cart”.
Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.
You then buy 2 pieces of film cuttings with the desired size of 139,6 width and 199,6 cm height. The ordered film and € 5.00 for the cutting are billed.
Have whole film rolls delivered
Rolled goods (25, 31 or 50 linear meters in one piece depending on the film model) are whole film rolls. If you purchase whole rolls, you benefit from attractive volume discounts. To do this, please enter the desired numbers of roll pieces at WHOLE ROLLS. You also can send us an email to service@vonkuester.de. We will then send you an offer that you can then order. Cutting whole rolls to a specific roll width is also possible on request, please contact us.
Free film sample
If you wish we send you free film samples by post. This way you can easily test different window films before ordering. The sample is the size of an envelope (approx. 10 x 20 cm).
