Exterior installable UV filter film for shop windows

The UV filter film Clear exterior is self-adhesive and weatherproof. It is installed to the exterior side of glass panes and shop windows. The integrated UV block protects colored structures of shop window displays, furniture and carpets from prematurely fading. The high quality polyester film blocks 99% of aggressive UV radiation. Furniture and exhibits can therefore be exposed to sun rays up to 4 times longer before signs of fading appear. The shop window film is clear and practically imperceptible to the human eye on the window pane.

Strong protection against fading for all glass panes

The window film can be installed to all smooth types of glass (single and multiple glazing). Due to the scratch-resistant surface, the film is easy to clean and has a long service life. For optimal UV protection, we recommend coating all windows in the room. The flat glass film does not contain any harmful substances, nor does it emit harmful substances. The UV filter film can be cleaned and disinfected with standard glass cleaners without any problems.

The window film is installed in just a few steps

The bubble-free application of the window film is carried out using the so-called wet adhesive process. Thoroughly clean the surface and spray with installation fluid. Peel off the protective film on the back, spray the adhesive side and apply to the glass surface. Squeeze everything bubble-free with a squeegee from the center to the edge and wipe everythings dry, done. Any white discoloration of the adhesive disappears within a few days.

Instructions: Ordering linear meters, cuttings & rolls

In just a few clicks you can decide whether you want to order linear meters, millimeter cuttings or whole rolls!

Shopping linear meters from the roll

Example: The film is available as linear meter from the roll in roll widths of 0.91 m, 1.22 m and 1.52 m. You need 2.50 linear meters from a 1.22 m wide film roll.

Step 1: Select the roll width “1.22 m” at “LINEAR METERS”.

Step 2: Enter “2.50” in the field left next to “Add to cart”.

Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.

You buy 2.50 linear film meters in one piece with a width of 1.22 meters. Linear meters are cut individually from a roll and delivered as a short roll in one piece. You are billed for the linear meters ordered.

Ordering millimeter cuttingss

Please take the width and height of your window measured from rubber to rubber, minus 4 mm of leeway all around. Example: You have 2 windows sized 1.40 m wide and 2.00 m high. The correct cutting size then is 139,6 cm width x 199,6 cm height.

Step 1: Enter “139,6” at width and “199,6” at height at “CUTTINGS”.

Step 2: Enter “2” at “Add to cart”.

Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.

You then buy 2 pieces of film cuttings with the desired size of 139,6 width and 199,6 cm height. The ordered film and € 5.00 for the cutting are billed.

Have whole film rolls delivered

Rolled goods (25, 31 or 50 linear meters in one piece depending on the film model) are whole film rolls. If you purchase whole rolls, you benefit from attractive volume discounts. To do this, please enter the desired numbers of roll pieces at WHOLE ROLLS. You also can send us an email to service@vonkuester.de. We will then send you an offer that you can then order. Cutting whole rolls to a specific roll width is also possible on request, please contact us.

Free film sample

If you wish we send you free film samples by post. This way you can easily test different window films before ordering. The sample is the size of an envelope (approx. 10 x 20 cm).
