E-Lite 70 Xtra: Solar control for maximum daylight
The sun control film E-Lite 70 Xtra exterior provides a clear view and effective heat protection thanks to its high transparency. Modern and listed buildings in particular benefit from an unchanged building appearance. The neutral high-performance film E-Lite 70 Xtra ensures maximum daylight and minimal heat development.
Strong sun protection for improved energy efficiency
The window film is self-adhesive and is installed on the exterior window side. It provides long-term protection against unpleasant room heating. The room temperature becomes comfortable and well-tempered. Ongoing energy and cooling costs in air-conditioned buildings can be reduced permanently. The energy efficiency of the installed window glazing is sustainably improved. The self-adhesive window film is weather-resistant and ideal for exterior installations.

Long durability and manufacturer’s guarantee
The solar control film has a durability of 10 years or more when used outdoors on vertical glazing (normal Central European climate). When attached to slanted glazing outdoors, the durability is reduced accordingly due to the higher environmental impact.
Regardless of the long durability, a manufacturer’s guarantee of 7 years for vertical and 3 years for inclined glass surfaces is granted. The guarantee applies to peeling and yellowing of the high-performance film if the edges of the film are sealed all around with silicone.
The installation is done in a few steps
The flat glass film is installed without bubbles using the so-called wet adhesive process. Clean the surface to be coated thoroughly and spray it with some installation fluid. Peel off the protective film on the back, spray the adhesive side and apply to the window. Smooth everything out using a squeegee starting from the middle, leaving no bubbles and wiping dry, done. Any white discoloration of the adhesive will disappear within a few days.

Instructions: Ordering linear meters, cuttings & rolls
In just a few clicks you can decide whether you want to order linear meters, millimeter cuttings or whole rolls!
Shopping linear meters from the roll
Example: The film is available as linear meter from the roll in roll widths of 0.91 m, 1.22 m and 1.52 m. You need 2.50 linear meters from a 1.22 m wide film roll.
Step 1: Select the roll width “1.22 m” at “LINEAR METERS”.
Step 2: Enter “2.50” in the field left next to “Add to cart”.
Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.
You buy 2.50 linear film meters in one piece with a width of 1.22 meters. Linear meters are cut individually from a roll and delivered as a short roll in one piece. You are billed for the linear meters ordered.
Ordering millimeter cuttingss
Please take the width and height of your window measured from rubber to rubber, minus 4 mm of leeway all around. Example: You have 2 windows sized 1.40 m wide and 2.00 m high. The correct cutting size then is 139,6 cm width x 199,6 cm height.
Step 1: Enter “139,6” at width and “199,6” at height at “CUTTINGS”.
Step 2: Enter “2” at “Add to cart”.
Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.
You then buy 2 pieces of film cuttings with the desired size of 139,6 width and 199,6 cm height. The ordered film and € 5.00 for the cutting are billed.
Have whole film rolls delivered
Rolled goods (25, 31 or 50 linear meters in one piece depending on the film model) are whole film rolls. If you purchase whole rolls, you benefit from attractive volume discounts. To do this, please enter the desired numbers of roll pieces at WHOLE ROLLS. You also can send us an email to service@vonkuester.de. We will then send you an offer that you can then order. Cutting whole rolls to a specific roll width is also possible on request, please contact us.
Free film sample
If you wish we send you free film samples by post. This way you can easily test different window films before ordering. The sample is the size of an envelope (approx. 10 x 20 cm). It does not need to be returned after testing. Please fill in the fields below so that we know where to send the film sample.
