Description
Anti-graffiti film: Effective protection against spray attacks
The anti-graffiti film for synthetic glass is self-adhesive and protects plastic glazing from smears, graffiti, and spray attacks. Protection is guaranteed by a special multi-layer coating on the high-quality film with a spray-resistant and wipeable surface. Graffiti, spray paint, and markers can be removed without leaving any residue. The weather-resistant anti-graffiti film is ideal for outdoor use and provides lasting protection for plastic panels against weather damage.
In the event of scratches and chemical burns, the film can be cleanly removed and quickly replaced without damaging the substrate. This saves time and money, as the surface under the high-performance film remains undamaged. There is no need for expensive and time-consuming replacement of the plastic glazing. The anti-graffiti film is therefore a cost-effective alternative to replacing entire surfaces.
Multi-layered protection for plastic glazings
✔ This protective film has been specially developed for smooth plastic glazing. The graffiti protection is ideal for use on double-wall panels, polycarbonate sheets (PC), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS), perspex, acrylic glass and plexiglas. Areas of application include bus stops, pedestrian walkways, shelters, facade panels, and roof glazing.
✔ The anti-graffiti film is not suitable for Lexan Margard panels with scratch-resistant coating on both sides, such as MR5/MR5 E and FMR5XT. For panels with scratch-resistant coating on one side, such as the HLG5 and FLG5XT models, installation on the reverse side is possible. Likewise, use on heavily corrugated panels is not recommended.

Installation of the protective film in a few steps
The safety film is installed bubble-free using the wet adhesive method. Thoroughly clean the surface to be covered and spray it with installation fluid. Peel off the protective film on the back, spray the adhesive side and apply it to the glass surface. Use a squeegee to smooth everything out from the center without creating bubbles and wipe dry. Any white discoloration of the adhesive will disappear within a few days.
Tip: Some double-wall panels are slightly wavy or have a surface with grooves that are arranged parallel to each other at a distance of approx. 1.0 cm. These plastic glazing panels can also be coated with the self-adhesive splinter protection if the grooves are not too deep. However, it is important to smooth the surface particularly carefully to ensure that the water in the grooves is also removed. This prevents bubbles from forming along the grooves.

Instructions: Ordering linear meters, cuttings & rolls
In just a few clicks you can decide whether you want to order linear meters, millimeter cuttings or whole rolls!
Shopping linear meters from the roll
Example: The film is available as linear meter from the roll in roll widths of 0.91 m, 1.22 m and 1.52 m. You need 2.50 linear meters from a 1.22 m wide film roll.
Step 1: Select the roll width “1.22 m” at “LINEAR METERS”.
Step 2: Enter “2.50” in the field left next to “Add to cart”.
Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.
You buy 2.50 linear film meters in one piece with a width of 1.22 meters. Linear meters are cut individually from a roll and delivered as a short roll in one piece. You are billed for the linear meters ordered.
Ordering millimeter cuttingss
Please take the width and height of your window measured from rubber to rubber, minus 4 mm of leeway all around. Example: You have 2 windows sized 1.40 m wide and 2.00 m high. The correct cutting size then is 139,6 cm width x 199,6 cm height.
Step 1: Enter “139,6” at width and “199,6” at height at “CUTTINGS”.
Step 2: Enter “2” at “Add to cart”.
Finally: Click on “Add to cart”. Done.
You then buy 2 pieces of film cuttings with the desired size of 139,6 width and 199,6 cm height. The ordered film and € 5.00 for the cutting are billed.
Have whole film rolls delivered
Rolled goods (25, 31 or 50 linear meters in one piece depending on the film model) are whole film rolls. If you purchase whole rolls, you benefit from attractive volume discounts. To do this, please enter the desired numbers of roll pieces at WHOLE ROLLS. You also can send us an email to service@vonkuester.de. We will then send you an offer that you can then order. Cutting whole rolls to a specific roll width is also possible on request, please contact us.
Free film sample
If you wish we send you free film samples by post. This way you can easily test different window films before ordering. The sample is the size of an envelope (approx. 10 x 20 cm).
